Pesto Cheese Bread





½ Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Fresh Pesto
3 oz. Cream Cheese - Softened
3/4 Cup Shredded Jack Cheese
1/4 Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbs. Crushed Garlic
1 Loaf Crunchy Rustic Italian Bread (Pugliese)
Pine nuts for garnish

Mix all ingredients together well. Slice bread loaf horizontally and vertically, but NOT all the way through. You want to create a “pull-apart” loaf (same idea as “Monkey Bread) that can be torn by hand into individual pieces.

Spread mixture by hand between slices in all directions.

Wrap edges of bread of bread in foil to keep from burning.

Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

During last 5 minutes sprinkle some pine nuts on top of open loaf as garnish.

Serve hot immediately.
