SAVORY SUN DRIED TOMATO APPETIZER

10 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
12 JULIENNE STRIPS SUN DRIED TOMATO’S IN OLIVE OIL
6 CLOVES FINELY MINCED GARLIC
1 1/2 TBS. OIL FROM TOMATO’S
2 TBS. MILK
HEAPING 1/4 TSP. SWEET BASIL

PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER AND PROCESS FOR 1 MINUTE UNTIL CREAMY.  CHILL AND SERVE WITH GOURMET CRACKERS OR BAGUETTE SLICES.
