Fatte in Casa
Polpettine di Salsiccia
(Home Made Sausage Patties)
Serves 8



1 lb. ground pork
1 clove garlic - finely minced
1 1/8 tsp. Sea salt
½ tsp. black pepper

In a medium bowl mix all ingredients by hand.
Form 8 individual sausage patties.
Fry in coated pan until crispy. Turn once.

No oils are needed fro frying because the natural fat of the sausage creates it’s own frying fat.

Serve hot with coccoli and Tuscan cheese of choice.
